The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international organisation and strive to the promotion of responsible forest management around the world.
FSC developed two certification systems
-Forest Management
-Chain of Custody
FSC don’t issue Certificate directly. FSC authorised Accreditation Body called ASI to manage Certification Bodies in monitoring Certification process.
The FSC Chain of Custody Certification make sure FSC certified companies sell, purchase and use wood, paper and other forest products made with materials from well-managed forests and/or recycled sources.
